Information to be provided where personal data is collected from the data subject

As per Article 13(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as Regulation, Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Iwona Knurowska, as the controller of personal data of Customers who are natural persons and anyone who contacts the controller via telephone, e-mail or contact form, kindly informs you of the following:

  2. Purpose and legal grounds for processing

    1. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out an agreement, i.e. processing is necessary to perform an agreement to which a data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before executing an agreement, pursuant to Article 6(1) b) of the Regulation;
    2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of complying with our legal obligations, such as issuing and retaining invoices and accounting documents, obligations arising from the provisions of aviation law, pursuant to Article 6(1) c) of the Regulation;
    3. Personal data will be processed for purposes arising from a legitimate interest of the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1) f) of the Regulation, i.e.:
      - establishment of, defence against and pursuing of claims;
      - marketing and promotion of the controllers’ own services.
  3. Recipients of personal data

    The recipients of your personal data will be entities which the personal data controller is required to provide data to pursuant to any applicable law and entities providing IT, technical, auditing, consulting, banking, postal and courier services to the data controller, as well as entities supporting the controller by providing outsourced services and under personal data entrustment agreements.
  4. Personal data retention period

    Your personal data will be processed for a period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, i.e. for the duration of the performance of the agreement, and after that period for a period during which we are required by law to retain such data, eg. tax obligation or to establish and defend claims, until such claims expire. The controller can retain personal data for a longer period but only for legitimate reasons, if the law permits such retention.
  5. Your rights

    1. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing which was carried out based on consent before its withdrawal (if processing is carried out based on consent);
    2. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) if you find that processing of personal data concerning you violates provisions of the Regulation.
  6. Your providing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the agreement and for the personal data controller to perform his obligations under the law. If personal data is not provided, it will be impossible to perform the agreement.

As per Article 14(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as Regulation, Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Iwona Knurowska, as the controller of the personal data of our Contractors’ employees and associates, acting on their behalf, kindly informs you of the following:

    1. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the agreement within the scope of services provided by the controller, under Article 6(1)f) of the Regulation, ie. for a purpose arising from a legitimate interest of the controller, which is:
      the need to communicate with the Contractor's staff in the course of the performance of the agreement;
    2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing our legal obligations, pursuant to Article 6(1)c) of the Regulation;
    3. Personal data will be processed for the purposes arising from a legitimate interest of the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1) f) of the Regulation, i.e.:
      - establishment of, defence against and pursuing of claims;
      - marketing and promotion of controllers’ own services.
